I can’t say enough how terrific Precision garage door and opener is. I called after hours Saturday and they fixed my garage door on Sunday afternoon. I had a broken torsion spring. The owner Ron Kull was the service tech for this service call. I bought a Precision garage door belt drive opener in 2017. It has worked flawlessly. Ron installed a new set of torsion springs and then checked to be sure my door was working properly. I am not often surprised by people, but Ron is one of those rare exceptions in my life. He gave me an incredibly generous deal. I am a handicapped veteran that struggles to make ends meet and I will be going to bed tonight with a huge grin on my face. Thank you Ron for your outstanding service and generosity!!!

Eric did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us after our old one gave up. We're loving the quiet, new belt driven opener, and we can even operate it from our phones! Bonus points for having this all done roughly 24 hours after I called! Eric was also available to come back for a small adjustment after the fact to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I 100% recommend Eric and Precision Garage Door!
