We were able to get an appointment right away to fix the garage door. The representative I spoke with was very friendly. Our technician, Ben, was actually able to come out early. Ben was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem quickly. We were very happy with our experience.

Called Precision on Wednesday evening for a broken spring and they were out the next day. The tech was able to get here earlier than scheduled, which worked very well for us. Brock was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job at the work we needed done, and some we didn’t notice, but it was obvious parts needed replaced. We had seen television ads, researched online and saw the five star ratings and reviews and decided to call Precision. Thank you!

Kevin and Mike did a great job. They replaced the springs, rollers, tension bar, bearings and bottom seal. They offered different options on the level of repair and cleaned up nicely. Wasn't cheap, but top work.

I had a new spring installed, new wheels\rollers, and new bearings. The service tech Kevin Ulery was Fantastic! I was unaware that there are inferior springs on the market, and our last two springs were just that. The new sealed bearing wheels for the door, and the new bearings at the top inside the garage will make our existing garage door opener\housing work much easier\longer life. Kevin took extra care to stay COVID-19 SAFE, and made the payment process very easy and safe. Also, Holly is the representative that placed my service call, and she was very nice.
