Tony, our technician was already in the area when I called to have our garage serviced. He was out in less than an hour and was very attentive to our concerns and repairs needing done. He explained everything well and was very helpful. We are happy with the work that was done!

The spring on my garage door broke around 10:00 AM and Precision came out by 3:00 PM the same day to do the repair. I received a confirmation text a few minutes before the technician arrived with a great bio and background info on my tech, Scott. I have not met a nicer guy than Scott. We was thorough, smart & honest. because I needed my door fixed quickly. I didn’t do much shopping around, especially given the great reviews that Precision had on Google, so you may find a better price out in the market. But based on my experience with Scott & the quick work, he did, I am thrilled with the end result! Thank you Scott & thanks Precision!
