This company had already installed a new opener on one of our garage doors and repaired the other. At the time they were here I forgot the remote for the older opener. When I finally found it, it did not work. I called them and they came out right away and gave me a new opener. The young man that came out was pleasant, professional and fast. I will use this company in the future.

When I called in the woman that I spoke with was very polite and professional. This carried through to the technician, Joey. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional and explained my overhead door issues in-depth. He was then able to promptly get everything repaired.

The Precision team is exactly that - precision. The sales staff was professional, sold me exactly what I needed with lots of choices and no oversell. The installation team was quick, courteous and excellent. They even noticed a ding in the door caused during delivery and scheduled themselves a future time to come out and fix that panel. Some vendors would have just left it and not mentioned it. The doors are beautiful, work great and add tremendous visual beauty and value to our house. Now we have to replace the siding because the doors look so good!
