The tech did address the concern of when you use the outside keypad, both doors would open. But his initial response was to just replace a less than two year old key pad with a new one. When questioned as to why he couldn’t try to reset it and reprogram it, he said he didn’t think that could be done. Ultimately that is what he did, and it addressed it.

Nick Zatkoff did an excellent job in explaining everything that needed repaired/replaced. He was punctual in arriving, friendly, and did the work in the time he said it would be done. I'm never quite sure what kind of experience we might have when a repairperson is called into our home, but Nick was so professional and not a hard-sell technician that he instilled complete confidence that this time the experience was beyond excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone as from the phone call to the system being replaced was within 4 hours. The price was reasonable, too. Outstanding customer service!!! Kudos to Precision for having personnel like Nick!
