Great response, mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the broken spring in another45 minutes. Not sure why we were charged a $23 fuel surcharge when the mechanic arrived in less than 30 minutes from our call. He was not arriving by airplane.

I’ve been going through Precision Garage Door for several years since my home was built in 2015. Replacing a spring, key pad installed, tuneups, replacing a key pad and repairs with wiring and sensors. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone I’ve worked with! They answer the phone every time I call and they have provided same day service. I will never go with any other garage door company. Their team of people have the best customer satisfaction service and go above and beyond every single time! I’m so incredibly grateful for all they do!
