Tech was great, he looked at our garage which hasn’t been serviced since installed (12 years ago) and was able to offer multiple options and pricing. Everything from what should be addressed and fixed to additional options and package deals. We choose the best package with lifetime warranty and plan to have them back out for new garage opener replacement even though he said it wasn’t needed I like the new Liftmaster model.

I had Nick come out today and basically fix what one of your competitors had messed up. He was polite, knowledgeable and took his time explaining to me what he was doing. This other company had put the wrong (used) spring in my door left the door unbalanced it was a real mess. Nick restored my confidence in people again took a bad situation and made it very positive for me. Thank you Nick Merry Christmas........
