The guys were absolutely the best. They arrived earlier than originally scheduled, which was great from my perspective). They evaluated my garage door opener, told me the problem and gave me 3 options for repair. They completed the repair hour in a little over an hour. They took away the old motor and cables and even swept the garage. I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the service I received. I apologize for not remembering my service men’s names; it was your best technician and a trainee. Thank you!

Mike Felton was the technician that came out to service my garage door. He was prompt, professional, courteous and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. The issue is fixed and fixed right. I hightly recommend Mike and Precision for garage door repair or replacement. I'd give more stars if I could!

I would strongly recommend Precision Door Service! Nick, service technician, went right to the problem, and replaced my motor start capacitor. All was completed in about 15 minutes. This is the second time he has repaired one of my door openers, and has done an outstanding job!

Work was done on my garage May3,2017. I am very pleased with the service I was given. Aaron was very nice and very knowlegable in explaining springs and cables to me and what my best options were.
