The installer, his knowledge & his installation was absolutely excellent and he was here first thing the next day which was great because my car was trapped. But the up-charge for the parts and the labor charges were extremely expensive. Over $700 for 2 springs, long cross bar and wire spools for each side plus labor (he was here about an hour) is very hard to swallow. Especially on a fixed income. I will definitely shop around for better prices next time. Job should have been $400 tops!

I called Wed afternoon and they were there Thursday morning. Scott was polite and courteous. He examined the system and explained how it worked and what had broken. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me options on parts. He had it fixed in under two hours. I highly recommend this company.

Precision was recommended to me by my brother, who had used them for his garage door. I had them come to my home for service. The service man they sent was outstanding. His name is Mike Felton, and he was just awesome. He took care of the door, installed a new opener, and was a joy to have in our home. We have needed some follow up, and I requested him. Mike Felton was very professional! We needed a new spring, as ours had broken. He replaced the spring as well as inspected our garage door and suggested a couple of preventative measures we could take to prolong its life. My neighbor used y'all and was pleased so I called. The first technician did an ok job fixing the spring and mounts but something wasn't right with the cables. I called back to report the issue and another technician came and fixed it 2 days later. Of course they upsold me on a couple of items, but the fixes made sense. We are pleased.

Was in the market for new garage doors for an older building; it was unfortunate that you all don't want to do any framing. I guess you are out for a quick dollar on fixing someone's spring on their current door, and springing the bill on them for the repair? I'm sorry we couldn't do business as I thought you was a garage door company? Too bad as I will have to figure out a solution as the guy who was out was nice but guess I was mistaken on the services you all do.
