These folks are AWESOME! The only reason they don't get "5 Stars" is because there was quit a bit of miscommunication between Sales, Customer Service, and Installation. BUT - there is a Global Pandemic and I am sure folks are working from home and things like that. It was frustrating but customers should give companies a break in a situation like this. Once the installers came out the process was great! It was freezing cold on the day of installation and the 2 of them, Kevin & Kevin, worked until the job was done PERFECTLY! There was an issue with wiring which was completely my fault and they worked past it and got the job done. We couldn't be happier! THANK YOU PRECISION GARAGE DOOR!

Overall satisfied, some delay in getting doors from factory, or so I was told, but no complaint on that. When original estimate was done, I asked for automatic opener for one of 2 doors. When installer came, he said no outlet close so I would have to run extension cord to get power to opener. I said no to that, I would go without the opener. When I was shown how to open and close the doors from inside the garage, I noticed unlike my old doors, there was no handle, which would have made the process easier. Installer said handle couldnt be installed on this type door. It was after installer left that I noticed there was no way to open and close the door from outside. Is there no way to install a handle on this type door? Looks to me like there is, but not my area of expertise.

The spring broke on our automatic garage door as we were parking in the garage Friday evening after work. As such, we were unable to get our car out of the garage. We didn't realize this until Saturday morning and needed someone who could get there over the weekend to make the repair so we would be able to go to work Monday morning. Precision took our call on Saturday and got someone out there to do the repair on Sunday. Our technician "knew his stuff" and got the spring replaced and two new rollers installed quickly. He was in and out in about a half hour. Our technician was not only knowledgeable but friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Precision.

Garage door would not stay closed. Attempted to look up the repair on the internet and then the door would not work at all. Contacted Precision who sent Nick out the next day. Not only did he fix the issue he fully explained what he was doing and why. The door is as it was when we first installed it in April of 2017. Great Job Nick! Thanks
