I am so grateful to Precision for fixing my garage door the same day. The spring broke and I was not able to get my vehicle out of my garage to go grocery shopping for my guests who were arriving the next morning. I called and made the appointment and Nick Z. contacted me and was even able to arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment. He was thorough and explained what needed to be done and my garage door was completely repaired in the time frame he gave me. I have 2 more garage doors that will need to be serviced in the Spring and I will definitely call Precision for that service.

I chose Precision from the internet and I am very happy I did. I called because of a broken spring, but most of my equipment was outdated and needed repair. The technician (Ryan) who installed my equipment was very helpful. He explained my options and the prices associated. He was also very thorough in explaining how everything will work in a clear manner.
