This is my second time using Precision. I can honestly say that this company works hard on customer service. As promised I received a call before the service man, Mike Felton arrived. I have a 14 year old opener that needed a new board which he had on his truck! No needing to order and wait 10 days! He then quoted me three new openers, all in stock on his truck. He explained the differences and then told me how long it would take to install. In that length of time, it was done. I am impressed with this company and their ability to serve the customer, in a way that you don't find anymore.. I recommend them whole heartedly.

If all companies were ran the way Precision Door ran their company, what a better world it would be! I can't say enough good things. I called on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend, expecting to be put into the schedule after the Holiday. They scheduled me for Monday morning of the holiday. I was told Tyler would be there between 9 and 11 and would call first. Tyler called, told me he was about 45 minutes away and showed up almost exactly 45 minutes later! Tyler took a look and in a few minutes had an estimate. He also pointed out a few things that should be done, saving me another service call which was helpful. He said he would be done in about an hour. Almost exactly one hour later, I was signing the check and he was leaving. Tyler was helpful, pleasant and professional. This is what those of us over 50 remember as old fashioned customer service! I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.
