One of my springs snapped on a Friday night. Was able to reach out to precision via their internet portal to get on their radar for a possible repair. Called on Saturday to see if I could get someone scheduled to come out and take a look. I was expecting atleast a day or 2 before someone could come out. Kevin was able to come out that day and get me back working again. Turns out the company I hired back in 2017 to install the door took a bunch of shortcuts. Kevin was able to fix what they neglected to do properly and replaced the sub par parts originally used. Door is working great and we are happy.

I called Precision to tune up my garage door on Wednesday and was scheduled to have someone come out the very next day. My technician, Vladimir, was very courteous and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done to get the garage doors working properly. He also gave me options for the repairs and quotes on each item we discussed. The work was done and Vladimir made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left.

Josh and his trainee arrived on time. They were both clean cut and very professional. Josh explained what was going to be done to fix my problems and gave me the cost of the parts and labor before he and his trainee began the work. They both worked very skillfully and completed the work expeditiously, paying attention to details. Plus, they were pleasant to talk with. Isaac W came out to help with some inconsistent opener/operator issues I had and while the root cause appeared to be a 20 year old opener, he was super helpful explaining possible repairs, and ways to mitigate the problem. I decided to wait on a replacement but he did lubricate the chain and bearings to try to keep it running as long as possible. Isaac was very professional and friendly throughout and I would recommend his service to anyone.

Called Precision Garage Door and was able to get a total opener replacement same day. Earlier in the morning I had a competitor come out for a quote and wanted to get a quote from Precision. Isaac was incredibly helpful in his assessment of the opener and all of the parts associated with it. He provided important insight into the areas the other company had pointed out in their inspection and differing opinions if he thought we didn’t need to spend the money. We are new to the Carmel area and when we decided a new garage door was needed, so we search the web. Read reviews and compared them to our want and need. Pricing , selection, warranty on product. We received one of our local magazines and I saw an ad for Precision Garage Door. In looking over their ad we decided to call them. A Saturday meeting with one of their reps sealed the deal. Today 5/7/24 we had our door installed. Tim C was the gentleman that came to do the install. He was very nice , informative and professional. He arrived right on time went to work and did a tremendous job. He asked us to check his work once he was done to make sure we were satisfied. He explained what he did and why. Very through! I was thrilled to get an appointment quickly for the low battery warning on my alarm.com system. My alarm company wasn’t very helpful in locating the issue, so I called Precision. It was easy to make the appointment and Ben arrived on time. He found the problem and quickly fixed it, showing me how to fix it when this battery dies. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He added a keypad to my other garage door, having all the needed parts on his truck. I appreciated him letting me know that the main garage door spring is under configured (previous homeowner, different garage door firm), and to expect it to not last, but that it didn’t need replacing yet.
