Thanks Andrew for your stellar service today. I called at 8:30 am and you were here by 12:30 pm., and you called 20 minutes out! You did a great job in patiently and professionally explaining the repair to me (and to my husband at work). The door now moves more smoothly and actually fits more tightly than before the repair, which is great with winter on the way! We are satisfied with the work and would definitely call Precision again!
