We had a broken spring on one of our garage doors. We called and Precision sent Ryan L. out the next day. Due to age of the 2 openers, we decided to have them replaced as well as the broken spring. Ryan did a great job describing the work he would be doing, costs of the repairs, and replacement parts/equipment. He was courteous and we were very pleased with the work as well as the response time with Precision. We will recommend Precision and Ryan L. to others.

We've used Precision now for a number of years (at two different houses) and have always been very happy with the service. They're always on time and helpful in explaining the needs and giving us options for how best to handle needed repairs. During our most recent call for a sensor issue, Andrew was able to repair the wire issue quickly and then also show me how to help troubleshoot in the future (should the issue come up again).

Nick did a great job! He went through all the items that needed replacing and consulted on what the price options were. Upon installation, he checked with me on a couple of issues (Spring and wiring) so that the options would be done to my specifications and there would be no surprises. Ben was on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was a loose wiring connection. He performed the multi-part standard check-up and said the springs showed some signs of wear, but nothing requiring further attention now.
