The technician was very informative when explaining the problem. He was not pushy in trying to talk me into more than what I wanted to do today. He listened to what I had to say. He worked efficiently to repair the door and to get the opener to work again. He has excellent people skills and provided good workmanship. Thanks for the help. I will not hesitate to call Precision again if I need anything in the future.

This is a great company to work with. They scheduled the repair quickly and their communication was great. The technician was knowledgeable and very competent. He repaired/replaced the springs and had things completed in a surprisingly short time. The only problem we had was that he knocked off a sensor for our security system and didn't realize it. We received a message from the security company stating there was a problem and I found the sensor and reattached it. No harm done since we caught the problem within an hour of the technician's departure.
