I love this company! Amzaing service a year after installation. They came back, followed up to keep everything working. Fixed a couple of minor things, door sensors and some weather stripping, all under warranty. These are good people! I highly recommend! Thank you Precision Team.

My service man was INCREDIBLE! It was first diagnosed as the motor...then the more we discussed it...it was possibly the trough (sp) leading to the motor. Long story short....we decided to delete any possible future problems with replacing those things that might be an issue that I did not want to deal with. He was very informative with possibilities, not overbearing, answered all my questions, and left decisions up to me. After installation and helping with the ap, he left the garage almost cleaner than before. I wish all of the service people we use were that great!

Spring broke on a Friday afternoon. Thought the odds would be against me for a same day fix. Precision had Kevin Ulery out within the hour. He explained what was needed beside just a spring to get my 23 yr old door up to snuff. Now it's smooth and quieter than even in my 8 years of ownership. Kudos to Kevin!

Great company to do business with. I scheduled an appointment online to have a tuneup done on a very old garage door set up. Drew Thatcher was our technician and he was awesome! he explained everything in detail that the door didn’t need replaced, but it did need rebuilding of quite a few worn out pieces. he was precise and accurate in his estimate, and even mentioned that I was eligible for a seniors discount! Drew was on time very efficient and the quality of the work is amazing. No more annoying squeaky rattling garage door opener.!!!! I’m not usually one to do reviews, but I felt like I needed to especially to give a shout out to the technician! I did like the estimating process and how everything was explained by Drew in detail before any of the work began. I would recommend them to anyone! Just make sure you ask for Drew!

I discovered a broken garage door spring at 7:30 AM, called precision, and Austin arrived around 9AM. He examined the door, explained the problem, and gave me the opportunity to address other worn equipment in an old door.
