The customer service was incredible which is a rarity. Called for a non-emergent issue thinking would be lucky if scheduled within a week. Teddy was here within a hour!!! Teddy is knowledgeable, professional and polite. Had the issue diagnosed and repaired in less than one hour. I highly recommend.

This being the first time I have had to deal with garage door issues, I did not know what to expect. Patrick was very professional and thorough. After trouble shooting my issue.
