This was our 4th service call with Precision and our second with Royal and we are uniformly impressed with their professionalism, technical acumen and their almost immediate response time. Really a very seamless, positive experience as well. Their advertising is not hyperbole. In our case they had all of the parts and equipment on the truck to install our new garage door opener. I only wish that all home service suppliers were this good! Royal has been great. Very considerate, polite and competent.

Austin provided a thorough assessment of the items that required replacing/repairing for our Garage Door. I informed him we had an appointment at a certain time and he said he would be able to complete the job within our timeframe. JOEY was a consumate professional. He knocked on the door and greeted me with a smile. We went into the garage (it was about 34 degrees!) He surveyed the problem and started repairs right away. The door was way off it's tracks. I had picked/raised the door manually too roughly (seriously.) The remote has stopped working last week. Joey helped re-track the door and checked out all the working parts. He performed a lube job and got the electric eye reset. Joey also screwed in the door button and re-set the remote control. he tried to get some other remotes to work, but, nope. joey is very congenial, professional and we appreciate his service.

Ad on TV was impressive, professional company, confident they could fix my garage door, and they have parts on the truck so tech can repair on site. Knew exactly who to call when the spring broke on the garage door. Exceeded expectations in every aspect, appointment was made and Mike F showed up within an hour of calling. Our garage doors spring broke and locked our car inside. Being disabled, I was unable to lift the door and get my car out. I called a company for repairs, and they asked for a picture of the broken spring. I sent it and was told it would take some time to locate the spring. While I was waiting, I decided to call another company, which was Precision, to see if I wouldn't have to wait for them to locate a replacement spring. With only a few questions asked and no pictures sent, they sent a service person out to make the repairs. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, professional and affable service person than the one sent, Eric Gellenbeck. He's work was neat, clean and expertly done, all the while being courteous and explaining everything he needed to do and why it should be done, I will NEVER use another garage door company again. Precision is my company from now on and I highly recommend you do the same. Thank you, Precision for having a business I thought no longer existed. One that takes Pride in their work and uses actual Professionals to get it done. Great Job!!
