Had springs replaced on one door and had the other door adjusted so that it went up smoothly with the garage door opener. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I can’t say enough how terrific Precision garage door and opener is. I called after hours Saturday and they fixed my garage door on Sunday afternoon. I had a broken torsion spring. The owner Ron Kull was the service tech for this service call. I bought a Precision garage door belt drive opener in 2017. It has worked flawlessly. Ron installed a new set of torsion springs and then checked to be sure my door was working properly. I am not often surprised by people, but Ron is one of those rare exceptions in my life. He gave me an incredibly generous deal. I am a handicapped veteran that struggles to make ends meet and I will be going to bed tonight with a huge grin on my face. Thank you Ron for your outstanding service and generosity!!!
