Technician arrived on time and service was done quickly. Cost for parts were high. I believe the springs were a little over priced. I think $148 for each spring is way too much. For the pair yes not for both.

The technician was great, he explained all of the options to fix the spring. Came early which was an unexpected good surprise. He did a great job and I have no complaints about the quality of his work. He was also very professional and friendly. Only complaint I have is the price - repair and new spring was very overpriced in my opinion - nothing against the tech himself. You should consider at least waiving the service charge if the customer elects to have the repair done.

Saved the day! Loved our new garage door from a couple of years ago - so when the 15 year old garage door opener died with 10 guests coming to stay and 50 coming over for a party - I knew who to call back. Precision came to the rescue and then some! In no time, i had a new belt driven opener in place, keypad and couple of remotes and boy is it great! We love to NOT hear the door open and close soooo smoothly. Love the fair price, great service and quality products and support. Thanks!

After 4 years of waiting to get my garage door opener replaced, I am so happy and pleased to have chosen Precision to do the work. Mark Sherman was knowledgeable, quick and efficient! I had a new opener with key pad in no time. Mark went above and beyond to explain the new opener and key things to watch for with the care of my opener and door. Garage door mechanism broke on a Sunday morning. Found Precision's ad in the Yellow pages. Technician (Dave Mackay) arrived in about 30 minutes and did a great job. I hope I never have to call them again but if I ever need garage door service in the future I won't look for anyone else. I definitely recommend them.

I chose Precision because of the good reviews I read on-line from their customers, and I'm glad I chose to have them install our new garage door. The estimate for the job was quick and accurate, and Mark the installer did a great job. The door looks wonderful and operates smoothly and quietly. Precision's price beat their competition by about 10% too. I would recommend them.

Our garage door broke on a Friday night @ 9:45pm. We called Precision and Dave Mackay was at our home by 10:05pm. He told us what was wrong and had the parts with to fix it with him. He was done and cleaned up by 10:30. In that time, he managed to replace 2 springs that broke on our garage door. It's good to know there is someone you can call 24/7 for these types of issues.

It is a pleasure doing business with Precision. The spring on my garage door was broken and the door would not open, not even manually. I called Precision and they set up an appointment immediately to have my door repaired. Felix came to do the repairs. He is very proficient at his skill and put my mind at ease that it would soon be repaired with no problems. The repair took less than an hour and the cost of the repair was very fair. Precision is on my personal list of businesses to call when I am in need of Garage Door products or repair.

I had general maintenance work done by Precision in 2012 and had a good experience. This time the spring broke in half on the overhead garage door and the cables snapped. Dave Mackay knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it and was done in 45 minutes. Painless! My garage door works great now. The guys always explain what's going on and what to look for in the future, thus taking the mystery out of garage ownership.
