They certainly charge a premium for their service. Home Depot sells a comparable set of springs for less than $100. $650 to install a $100 part in 45 minutes. The service was fine. Tech was professional. But I don’t see a need to charge so much for a relatively inexpensive part and a one-hour installation.

Their employee Chris was friendly, helpful and led me thru all operating instructions including syncing my car to the system. Awesome - I HIGHLY recommend Precision. My garage door just wouldn't open or close, no sound, no noise, nothing! We called Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay. Jason Daring came right on time. He flipped the 'lock' switch over and boom, the door works! He was amazing!!!! He didn't charge me anything and gave me estimates just in case I need them in the future. He was so kind. I'm going through a lot right now (I'm sure a lot of people are) and he made this easy.... finally one thing that was easy! Also, the phone lines are open 24/7, which was such a relief!

These things happen at the worst of times - One of the Springs gave out. The door is over 500Lbs - not a manual operation to open it! Called the Team at precision and the problem was resolved within 24Hrs (On a weekend no Less) Great job!
