Woke up Sunday morning with the intentions of running some errands tried to open my garage door . A clicking sound was coming from the ceiling opener. Hummm what to do? went to computer and looked up garage door companies. Percision came up with 24/7 service. Called and they sent someone out later in the day and had a new opener installed by a very courteous , and efficient young man named Josh. We are very satisfied with his work and the quality of the product he installed. Need a new opener don't hesitate to call Precision.

I was impressed from the very beginning. I utilised the chat function on the Web page and was able to explain my situation we even set up an appointment for the next day. My Tech was Chad and he was great! He was so personable and professional. He did a complete inventory of the door and explained the significance of each part and the issues with the door thoroughly. He offered multiple levels of repair on my 30 year old door that I could choose from. Chad got me up and running in a very short time and within my budget. I know I am due for a new door soon but I needed it to last another 8 mnths. This is the comany I will use for that new door!

Repaired spring. Took the time to try two springs to get the proper lift. Most technicians would have only tried one since no one would ever know. You tech John will keep trying until everything was as good as it can be.

I just purchased a home in Sun City Center Fl. The garage door stopped going all the was down and was going up and down. I found a Precision sticker on the door and called. The young man was wonderful. He discovered a piece of rope triggering the opener. It took a couple of minutes and he did not charge me. Will I call them again and recommend them? You better believe I will.
