Called Precision to come out to replace two electric garage door openers. Carlos came and inspected both door systems and explained what had to be replaced and what could stay. Let me pick the right system for my garage. Carlos did the job and stayed until it was finished. Very satisfied.

Michael came to my home and was so nice and friendly. He was able to identify the problem with my garage motor immediately and provided all the options available to me. He installed the new motor within less than an hour and was very polite and respectful. It was very nice working with him.

Super easy to book appointment, came at the exact appointed time the following day. Super thorough in the tech's evaluation of the problems and the completed work was excellent in quality, time to perform and agreed to cost. Precision's warranty on new installs is probably the best in the industry.

Travis came on time, and gave me a very thorough explanation of my options for new openers. My stand alone garage never had power openers for its two doors and the existing construction provided some challenges which Travis skillfully took care of. The install went smoothly and he was quite neat as well. He programmed both of our cars for the remotes and showed my how to access more information for WiFi apps.
