This was top notch service! On my first call describing my broken garage door, an appointment was scheduled for that same day, within a four hour window starting just 90 minutes away. I received a text right away confirming my appointment, and multiple updates on when the service man would arrive. Joshua was friendly and courteous and repaired my door quickly with no pressure to do more than what was needed. I will easily recommend your company to anyone that needs garage door service. Everyone from making the appointment to Raberto who fixed the problem immediately. He was super nice and explained everything to me perfectly and I understood what needed to happen for the garage door. He did what he need to do cleaned up and it was all done. Great service. Mike was terrific! He came when he said he would after giving us a 30 minute heads- up call. He programmed our remotes in less than 10 minutes, including explanations on how to use it, and then was gone. As easy as that. Perfect!

I couldn't be happier with Precision! When I called yesterday afternoon, the person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment for this morning. She gave me a 4 hour window, so I asked if the technician could call when he was on the way over so that I didn't have to sit home the entire time. In the morning, Leonardo, the technician, called to say he'd be there in about 20 minutes. He was right on time. He was polite and professional, explained the problem clearly, wrote down my options for solving the problem with the respective prices and explained those clearly, as well. Then he fixed the problem, explained the paperwork I was signing and was on his way. I will use them again and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends.
