Our 20+ year old garage door had a large gap on one side. Precision service technician, Jesse Peligri, came out to assess the problem/cause, and recommended replacing the springs, rollers, and cables and nailing/screwing in the wood frame which had created the problem. Jesse did the work right then and had the repair completed in very little time. Jesse was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant the entire time. Although the price to make the repair was a little on the high side the work came with a 10 year guarantee therefore I'm hoping it will be worth the price in the end.
