Roberto was great, easy to work with, and explained all repairs and charges before starting. He called ahead to let us know he was coming and arrived as scheduled. He performed a warranty repair on our opener and checked and lubricated the door. He ensured everything was properly operating before leaving. Precision is the only company we will use for our garage doors thank to people like Roberto and office staff who are also nice and helpful.

Leonardo (Leo) provided truly great service. He called to give an ETA and arrived on time. Leo was knowledgeable and he pointed out items that needed repair and those that needed replacement. He fixed all the problems that we had with our garage doors and was detailed and thorough in his explanations. Based on my experience with Leo, we have will use Precision Doors in the future.

Precision certainly met and exceeded my new garage door installation expectations. Julian the installer was friendly, smiling, polite and courteous, explained the entire job to me before commencing work, had me look at the new door panels to be sure that I was happy with them, and then proceeded to do an excellent removal of the old door, and installation of the new door.
