Julian Bacca showed up on time, was very professional and cleaned up all his stuff before he left. He also made sure that I was comfortable with everything that he did and if I had any questions, he answered them! One of my neighbors passed by, saw I was getting work done and as I was saying something positive about Julian, Julian went to his truck and gave my neighbor his business card. Great worker, very nice person and as an educator, I would give him an "A" for a grade!!

The quote you gave me wasn't what the cost and your technician was a little princess and didn't want get dirty. So he refused the job. Glad he did because I found someone cheaper and had great service.

I did listen to the call you made to schedule our technician out to your home, and while you were clear and detailed about the type and size of spring you had, the dispatcher quoted our starting price for basic springs. My apologies for any confusion or misinformation, we try to be very transparent in pricing and our technicians provide upfront estimates and recommendations after performing our 25 point safety inspection. I do appreciate the feedback and will use this experience as a training tool for our phone operators and technicians. Definite 5 plus stars. Jaysen very thoroughly was able to quickly identify the "hack job" of a previous garage door installer who did a horrendous installation job ( if you even want to call it that) and completely and competently fixed the installation; he definitely went above and beyond to ensure the garage door installation was safely and securely installed. I would recommend your company any time!
