The technician was courteous and arrived on time and service the door well. Every service tech I've had from Precision has been excellent. It is obvious that Precision is well managed right on down to the service technicians, Good job. Satisfied with the service today

Tony Palmer was excellent in getting the garage door repair completed. He also was on time to do it. i would request him if I need service in the future or a new garage door. Also, the person on the service desk when I called in was very professional and made every effort to get someone to address my garage door problem. This is a very professional company.
