I decided not to use your company to repair my garage door opener because of the exorbitant repair cost quoted of $285! The main drive gear has to be replaced. The internet price for a drive and worm kit is less than $25! I don't think one hour labor to install should cost $260!

Garage door off track. The technician was polite, professional, explained the problems/issues and his suggested remedies. He took his time to get the repair correct, followed up with testing, continued to fine tune and explain what he was doing. My garage door works better than ever! A six star rating!!

Great service, prompt, professional, but too expensive. I was charged $225.00 for a 30 minute visit, no parts were used, just reattaching a loose pull cable and getting the runner back in the track. I would definitely rate this a first class company but for this enormous price for less than an hour of easy labor with no parts needed.

Our technician, Trevor, was very knowledgeable, as well as punctual and polite. He explained the problem with the spring and other problems very clearly. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. He also helped get a piece of wood down from the rafters to prop up the door. I was very happy with the service. We are considering purchasing a new door as the information he provided was very appealing and the product looks excellent.
