Excellent service; we were kept up to date regarding the schedule of the repair man (I believe that his name was Eric) and we received a very clear explanation of the services that would be needed to fix our problem. Eric took us through the methods we would need to operate the opener and was very patient with our limited mechanical expertise. We would not hesitate to call Precision again.

The only issue I had was the installers were scheduled to be here at nine. No one called to tell me they were going to be late. I had to call twice to get an answer. The installers were great.
