Mr. Evan, arrived within the time frame promised. before his arrival he kept me posted by calling and informing me of his work status. He is a fine, professional, knowledgeable gentleman with high level of customer service. He repaired my garage door within two hours and answered all my questions patiently. the only downside was the repair cost was highly expensive.

Great Service! Jason Stanfield always kept in touch letting me know when he would be arriving. He replaced the tension spring in my garage door and checked everything out. Jason also made suggestions that I will keep in mind when I need help in the future. I really appreciate his help!

Sergio (Technician) called early this morning to give me his ETA. He arrived on time in a company truck & in uniform. He did a full inspection of my garage door & recommended replacing both door springs (which was what I had already decided). He gave me the repair cost & asked if I wanted him to proceed with the repair. After replacing the springs, he checked the door balance, made some adjustments & checked the entire door for safety. Sergio was prompt, professional, informative & friendly. I will have absolutely no qualms calling Precision again for any garage door repair or installation. Thank you Sergio!
