Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, professional. Originally I was going to invest in the higher grade springs unfortunately office management was going to reduce the warranty for the higher springs from five years to six months in order for me to receive a discount From a five year warranty reduced to six months warranty hardly seems fair I would’ve shopped around but if I did they would’ve charged me a $29.99 for a Estimate. So basically they have you on a hard spot you either pay for a estimate or pay for the job. Could’ve probably gotten a better quote if I had a little bit more time and search around but they were the only ones that will come out quickly Also submitted review on yelp and Google for others to read

I chose precision because of the same day service .The tech came out within the hour and was able to replace my tension spings in one hour. The price was alittle high but worth the convenience. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous with part in van. No hassles, will recommend to others.

This experience was totally my doing...I never been so disappointed with myself. I picked Precisior for the distsnce to travel to our home......I did this backwards like always. Still didn't learn. After the fact I check it out...$559.00 is way off the mark...I should have paid no more than $285.00 no matter what happens in life, life will continue. Service preformed was great he did a good job I have no problem with that.
