On Fri. the 22nd, I called Precision in the a.m, My records showed that I had used Precision for the springs on my garage door previously. By that same afternoon, Alex had arrived and installed new springs. Previous Garage company used did not response to my call. Garage was stuck would not go completely up. Precision came out fix the problems scale 1 - 10 they have 10 in my book will use them again.
