I called this morning, explained our garage door was not working & was given an appt for the afternoon. As promised I was emailed with the time frame, and Jason called to tell me when he was close, so no worries about missing him. Jason arrived with an excellent attitude, professional and with a sense of humor as well. He explained everything about the system which had not been explained when the new motor was installed. We now have the app loaded and have remote options so we are extremely happy! Thank you Jason!!!
