very expensive. He replaced a spring and rollers in less than an hour and charged $1080. The only good thing is respond 2 hours after I called.

First rate service! Scheduled appointment via the easy to use chat feature on their website. Tech came as scheduled and assessed and corrected the problem in minutes. Waived the $29 fee due to just having to align the sensors. Honest and ethical. Highly recommend!

The Technician was not knowledgeable. He was aware of Torsion Springs. It took him over two hours and several calls to his supervisor for guidance.

Service workmanship for garage door new mounting bracket is good/excellent. However, the service charge is too expensive. For the same type of repair service, I can get a quote for $80.00 less or 30% less comparied with what I had been charged for $275.00 by Precision Garage Door.

We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately.
