As usual, highly professional service from management to the technician staff! Jacob, provided updates as to his ETA, programmed my remote control, solved the problem with my keypad (owner error) and repaired the keyed entry that a competitor informed me was broken and needed replacement. The moment I realized my garage door opener was broken, I contacted Precision for help. Not only were they courteous on the telephone, the service technician responded to our home within 1 hour. He recognized an error from the initial installation and without being pushy, he made recommendations. He quoted a reasonable cost for materials and labor, which allowed us to determine what was best for us and our budget. He was fully equipped with the most up to date model and springs to ensure our safety. He installed the new opener and springs, and left no trash or old parts behind and all in less time than two hours. The technician was informative, personable and very efficient. We are very pleased. What could have been a nightmare turned into a wonderful and stress free experience. Thank you so much!

I am so happy Precision could repair our broken garage door the same day I called. Jaysen was professional and efficient. I was originally given a 4 hour window and he called to narrow it down which allowed me to plan my hectic schedule even better. He also took the time to explain different options for the replacement of the springs so I could make an informed decision.
