I have used your service before for broken springs and related adjustments and was pleased with your firm. So I knew who to call when my opener died one Friday afternoon. I was amazed that someone could come Sunday morning! Sean H. called ahead before he arrived, a nice touch. He is very courteous and friendly. He checked my system out. But He told me that I needed a special system that he didn't have and would have to order. We scheduled Thursday afternoon noon to 4pm. He called me 15 minutes out. He installed the new system, tested it, showed me how it works. Sean is great!

I was looking for a company that will help me with my dis-a-line garage door. The person that was sent was SERGIO. SERGIO was very amazing. He help me with my broken garage that is beyond repairable. Stay awan from this company. I told the operator what part I needed including the part number and she assured me they had the part on the technicians truck. When the technician arrived, he did not have this common part. Then he wanted to charge me $285 for the $10 part that he would have to order and 15 minute install. His other option was to sell me a new opener for $685. What a rip off!

Garage door was not opening properly. Contacted Precision and Sergio the tech was onsite within an hour. He provided me with all the choices and I never felt pressured to purchase any replacements. I would recommended Precision.

Your guys came out yesterday and had a look at my garage door and found nothing wrong with it, advising the the area around the sensor should be clear of any leaves and other debris. The charge was 29.95 which will not make you rich nor me poor; however, considering Tom was out on 1/28/17 and did correct the tension on the chain, and I called your company again yesterday for assistance (repeat business), I think it would have been a very nice gesture to waive the 29.95. Now and then, this is a good thing to do for a good customer. Thanks for listening. Even though no actual garage door repair was done, in order to submit this review, I needed to put something in the field.

I contacted Precision Garage Door for an estimate to repair my garage door. Mark, the representative, showed up within the time window. He as professional and courteous. Mark provided options to repair the hinge and other broken parts, rebuild the door and replace the door. He provided replacement door and opener options for various price points. Mark provided several written options that were emailed to me within hours of the service call. I would rate the call 4 stars for the professionalism. Price options appeared a bit high.

We were overwhelmed as elderly people to have such a wonderful young man take care of our problem that two of your workers had incorrectly performed. Jason found that nothing had been done by code and he worked tirelessly for 2plus hours correcting the problem. Can't say thank you enough how much we appreciated what he did for us. Response time was very good. Reattached the opener to the garage door. Service was satisfactory. I felt that the $165 service fee was a bit too high for a simple repair that took only minutes to complete.
