Service was great and tech was very courteous, however your prices are too high. I called Precision because I saw your TV advertisement, but disappointed with the price of the service call. The individual taking the call could not give me an estimate. That should have been a clue. Almost $800 to fix a spring. Service was a 5, price was a 0.

Tony B. Palmer once again did an amazing job for one of our many homes' garage doors. Showed up on time, very efficient with his time, very clean and great friendly personality. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of every facet of a garage door system and always makes sure to cover every point regarding potential repair or service needs at each visit.
