It turned out I needed a new garage door opener. Russ explained everything very thoroughly and proceeded with replacing a new opener. He was true with the amont of time needed for the job which was 2 hours. I am very happy with my new opener and glad I no longer need to lower the garage door manually! He did a terrific job and left everything very clean. I highly recommend Precision Door Repair.
