Garret came over this afternoon for a problem on two of our three doors. He properly diagnosed the issue which was age. I do believe our doors could be over 30 years old. Garret was thorough and pleasant and drew up an estimate for new doors that seemed reasonable. I do feel confident that Garret would do a good job replacing our doors. Thanks Garret.

Installed a new Linear Garage Door Opener to replace a Genie, which was 28 years young. Myles, the PD service technician was very quick and efficient. His total time to replace the current opener was just over 60 minutes. The new opener works like a charm and is so very quiet! My only additive value that Myles could have done was to program the door opener into our current model car. Lord knows how that transition process will go..! All in all, Precision Door did exactly what I expected and more.

I was very satisfied by the friendly, helpful and professional service the technician provided. He called us that he will show-up around 8:30 which he did and explained the pros and cons of the product I purchase from Home depot and the one he offered. The work was done and left the premises clean. I would highly recommend your company to people looking for overhead garage door service.

My garage door opener failed to work. I called Precision in the morning and the technician was here before noon. He inspected and found my 23 year old motor had died. He replaced it quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with Russ Trumpy. Thank you for quick and efficient service.
