Called for service due to unable to open garage with a remote. No access from outside. Technician James was on schedule and started assessing the situation and provided recommendations so we can take our car out of the garage . Immediately worked on fixing the initial problem. we're able to take the car out. James is a very caring professional in the business and provided some discounts in the process. Checked with supplier, the availability of new door and tentative date of installation in 3 weeks time.
