No doubt the rep knows his work, however, i don't like when company charges money just to come over and check the problem and give estimate. I had minor concern if my garage door is balanced. Precision Garage Door had coupon on Groupon. I purchased the coupon but when called in to make appointment I was told the company doesn't accept the coupon. Regardless, I made the appointment. You get 4 hours appointment window and rep showed up 15 minutes before end of appointment time. He looked at the door and didn't find any issues, but suggested new parts or system replacement for $1400+-. I asked to do a tune up which cost $69. The tune up involved spraying the hinges with lubricant and nothing else. Ended paying $138 to make house call and spray the hinges with lubricant. I could have done that myself.

Hello Ms. Smith, I'm very sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with us Sunday morning as we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our technician Sean was sent there to provide a door estimate. Part of that service does require him to take photographs of the garage door and garage parts themselves. As a result of that requirement, he took a photo of the wall that you wanted to have demolished and replaced by the garage door. Unfortunately, this wall had a family photo hanging on it. He thought that he had your consent to take the photos required for him to provide a door estimate. However, we apologize if he was mistaken in the belief that he was given consent and for any distress this may have caused. Our technicians should never take photos other than those required by the job. In any case, this photo was never on a personal device and we have deleted the copy of the photo off of our system.
