Armando Bacca arrived on time was/is professional. We figured out the problem and was presented with three solutions. I choose the solution best for me with help from Armando. Work performed in correct time and neatness. Explained operation and some trouble shooting for possible minor problems. Excellent job,service. Very good product installed.

On May 04, 2018 found out garage door could not close, called you for service, paid for $29.95 got quotation for option 1 $589 covered cable $215 end bearing plate $144 roller 10 $23 @, total $589 and option 2 add springs and some other parts total $849. I am glad I did not rush for the repair work, after my neighbor who is an engineer but not garage specialist viewed my garage door, discovered only the cable is broken, I did not pay anything because my neighbor has it and said it's not expensive. My garage door is still very stable and in good condition now so I wait till now to write this review, I will not recommend anybody to use your service.

I called Precision after locating them on Google. I needed my garage fixed that day and they were able to accommodate me and my schedule. Armando came out and installed a new opener, programmed everything and it only took a couple of hours. He was friendly and cleaned up after working, which was refreshing. Overall great experience with Precision. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have called Precision. When our door opener pooped out last night I found the number on the opener from the last service call. I didn't even remember at that point but last time I wrote a fabulous review for this company and their tech. Well surprise, we got the same tech as last time. He was excellent again! In about two hours he installed a new opener, new rubber molding under two doors, lubed the rollers and programmed my built-in opener and the remote one. I might add that when he gave me opener choices and prices I called my husband and he explained it all to him. Great products and great service and I give them FIVE stars! I will write about them on my Facebook page. They are nation wide!
