I have used Precision Garage Doors for several years now. They installed my current garage door opener a few years ago. Yesterday my remote garage door opener failed to work. As it has a new battery I contacted Precision Garage Doors. I had an appointment scheduled for today. Preston Waddell arrived promptly as scheduled. He was able to identify the problem quickly and to fix it. I found Preston to be not only pleasant but very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a garage door opener that broke. My tech “Jason Steele” that came out to my house, showed up on time and explained the repair process in detail. He quoted me a price for repair and replacement. I opted for a replacement. He did super, thorough job, he is a super nice guy and explained everything in great detail. He answered all my questions. Tony was very professional and thorough in finding why I could not closed the garage door. He detected a wire failure immediately and repaired it. While here he inspected and lubricated everything. I had him also match garage opener with car and replaced the bottom door weather strip. Would recommend Precision to friends and neighbors, which I already have.

Our garage door didn’t work. Found precision garage door on google with good reviews and they sent Kendrick on the same day (Saturday). He figured out that the belt was wore out and suggested to replace the belt and rail. That fixed the problem. Kendrick was friendly and knew how to fix our problem.

I got your company name from a friend who had a great experience with you. Jared was my technician for a garage door tune up and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He described my problem with my cheap garage door and fully explained my options for a new double garage door. Ordering process was quick and easy and scheduling installation was at my convenience.
