Wow what a gem you have in Preston! Kind courteous knowledgeable at such a young age. He went over everything twice did not try to upsale me which I appreciate that. He was done in an hour and was ready to leave wanted to make when he wanted to mak an adjustment “I’m just picky” so glad. 5 Stars for him and company.

The sales person who gave me an estimate was awesome. When he found out I was price motivated he told me about doors they have in stock that they discount. I found the perfect door -- exactly what I would have ordered -- at a great price. Their custom selection is also quite extensive. The installer was equally awesome. I had some aesthetic concerns about the installation and the installer took special care to address them.

What I wanted was replacement extension springs for an existing door. When quoted, the cost was similar to a new torsion system. I elected to go with the torsion system from your company even though your quote was over $100.00 higher. Your warranty being transferable was important since I am within 6 months of selling the house. Mr. Christensen was very professional and dealt well with the numerous questions that I asked. He did an excellent job on the installation.

The service man was very helpful, he advised me on how to solve my problem with the rainwater that flowed down my drive into my garage. He replaced my garage door gasket that I had purchased separately, was very polite and on time. I was very happy with his service. Thank you.
