Last week, one of my garage door springs broke. Jay Skillern came to do the repairs. He was on time, professional, friendly, and polite, and very patient in answering my questions. He took the time to figure out several repair options for me to choose from and got straight to work as soon as I decided what I wanted done. I decided that I wanted work done on both of my garage doors and I am very, very pleased with the results. When I am ready to replace one of my garage door openers, I will be calling Precision and requesting Mr. Skillern. I will also be happy to recommend Precision and Mr. Skillern to others. Spring broke on my garage door on a Tuesday afternoon. I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. Very professional when answering the phone. Promised service between 2 and 4 that afternoon. Dillon called at 10:30 and said he could be at my house by 11:15. Was there at 11:15 and had my door repaired by 12:00. Very knowledgeable about the repair and explained every step to me. Precision Door gets a 5 star rating from me. I will definitely call them again when I need garage door repairs. Thanks Dillon.

CJ did an outstanding job! One of my torsion springs broke on Wed night. I called Precision and they sent CJ out the next day (they offered a morning appointment but I requested afternoon). CJ arrived very professional in appearance and manner while being personable, as well. He gave a thorough inspection of my garage door system and provided recommendations and option. Absolutely no pressure tactics involved. I opted to have a new belt driven opener install as well as the stuff I obviously needed. The old chain driven opener had been annoying me for years because it was so loud. The belt driven opener is fantastically quiet and smooth. I thought it would take a lot of time to do all the work CJ had to do. I was wrong. CJ completed the job in about 2 hours. I was very impressed at the quality of work that was done in such a short time frame. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to my friends.
