We had an amazing experience throughout the process of getting a new garage door and opener. Robert Barnett came out first, reviewed our existing door and took the time to go over our options and helped guide us to making the best decision for our situation. He told us it could possibly be 8 to 12 weeks before the new garage door was ready and Precision had the door ready in 5 weeks! David Weatherby was the installer and he did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The complete process was amazing! We would highly recommend going with Precision Garage Door. Oh, yeah! The garage door is so quiet and insulated and great quality for the money spent!

Your salesman was really good. I liked him the installer was great also. The only issue I have to deal with is the floor joist will have to be cut about inch and a half for the new garage door opener to work. The installer said I could have got a different door that would not require those cuts

Very professional and prompt. However, the technician was certain we needed an entire new mechanism and quoted over $900. I got a second estimate from another company. Turns out there was just a small thing that needed to be adjusted, so our door now works just fine, which cost me nothing. I do appreciate them coming out so timely though.

A1 service from the time I inquired on line and Lawrence contacted me via email within minutes. Set up an appointment the next day and went over all the things they would do. Then Shane Follis came and took out our one piece old garage door and installed a new garage door with opener. All appointments were right on time and they did exactly what they said they would do. Shane was very professional and a perfectionist with the install. Explained all the features and answered all my questions! I would use these gentlemen again. Thanks for your service.

We replaced everything. We got a new beautiful garage door, new motor to open and close it, new rails, springs, key pad, remotes etc. The first time the repairman came he showed me the minimum amount of work and material needed to get our door working. We chose to replace everything and get the warranty. Anything goes wrong, its covered. They were friendly and helped with picking the right door. Its perfect. I just love it!! They do a great job! If you need any repairs/replacement parts, they are the ones to call! Thanks guys!
