Thank you for the review. After reviewing the estimates our technician left, we would appreciate a better explanation for the 2 star review. Based on his 25 point safety inspection, our tech left you with several options ranging from repair to full replacement, and only charged $39.95, which is a discount from our normal service fee of $65. We also tried to call you twice to discuss - but you hung up and would not elaborate on what we could have done better to meet your expectations.
