Online reviews were 5 stars, so that is why we chose you. Yes, you went beyond meeting our expectations. We had someone come to the house the same day that we made a call. Once the repair was done, it was tested, and there were still some issues, so the technician made a few other adjustments until it worked properly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Todd arrived on schedule and evaluated my door issues. I was surprised and happy to find out that he had what he needed with him to make the necessary adjustments and repairs immediately. I just assumed this was an evaluation visit and he would have to return another time to make the repairs. Todd was polite and friendly and worked very fast. I am very satisfied with Precision's service. Highly recommended.

When Lawrence arrived I went out to meet him and inadvertently let my little dog out! It took me almost an hour to catch her and Lawrence patiently waited for us to get back! While I was playing dog catcher he was assessing my problem and was oh so nice about the whole dog situation!! He gave me estimates on repairing my old door and a new door. He couldn't have been more professional or nicer. I had gotten another estimate which was much lower but I hadn't met the person and the fact that you had given me Lawrence's bio and he had treated me with such respect I decided to go with Precision! I am greatly anticipating my new garage door!!
